Out of love for the truth and from a desire to elucidate it and expose the harm of Academic Skepticism and the radical leftist agenda at universities, Professor Owen Anderson, Doctor of Philosophy and full professor at Arizona State University, intends to defend the following statements and to dispute them in that place. Therefore, he asks that those who cannot be present and dispute with him orally shall do so in their absence by letter/email. In the name of our Lord Jesus Christ, Amen.

Theses #2:

ASU has neglected to make its students wise. A wise student knows the highest good and how to live a life in pursuit of the good. An education that does not make you wise is not worth anything.

Implications:

  1. An ASU education will not teach the student how to live well.

  2. An ASU education will not teach a student to distinguish wisdom from folly.

  3. An ASU education teaches that what is harmful and vile is praiseworthy.

  4. An ASU education cannot help a student avoid a life of vanity.
