I am now retired, but when I worked, I tried to work at places that wanted me to be there and when I saw signs of that perhaps not being the case, I moved on. Have you considered applying for a job at a place that scores high for viewpoint diversity according to Heterodox Academy?

It would be wrong to be forced out by this discrimination. It is like when Socrates was told he either needs to stop asking who is wise or leave Athens for some other city. He said he can’t stop and he can’t leave because he is seeking the good for Athens.
