This gender nonsense and all the rest of this culture warfare is ridiculous of course. But what if, strategically, these rebuttals that you write are ultimately the wrong approach? In other words, the correct way to defeat such ideas is a different tactic. If you are always reacting to what these "woke" people are doing and saying, they are leading you around. Your energy and intelligence can be predictably directed however they want in this way. And when you constantly and vocally protest something, you actually help it grow. Imagine telling a child everyday, "Remember, don't be shy at school!" What will the effect be? He will be thinking that he is shy. The highest strategic thinkers in culture warfare understand this. In fact, this is how they increase division and conflict amongst Americans, which is the ultimate goal of culture warfare, with all the "anti-racist" propaganda. It actually increases racism. All they have to do then is put a sign on a men's bathroom door encouraging you to check your male privilege, and they can reliably turn a smart man's energy into fertilizer for their woke garden. The department of defense, for instance, has instructional material about not giving the enemy your energy. At first glance, it seems appropriate to describe a serious and dangerous enemy in those terms, after all, it is true. But by doing so, you actually make them more dangerous, and the threat they pose more serious. Think about this: they have a high level university professor reacting to every stupid thing they do or say! The alternative strategy is not always clear, but these stupid things that soft, egotistic and sycophantic virtue signalers project on a daily basis are beneath the dignity and ability of someone with your education and intelligence. Your energy and wisdom should never be following around behind these stupid people! I wanted to leave this comment because I believe your cause is good and just but your strategy is not correct. Have a happy and safe Christmas.
I think the question of strategy is a good one and you’re right that we do not want to allow nonsense to set the agenda. I have been using this resource as a place to help parents and potential students know what is happening so they can make an informed decision. I have much else going on for my own research.
One thing that is different about what I’m doing here is that I am bringing out the most basic level of challenge going on. This is not primarily political but religious-philosophical. At root, it is a rejection of God, General Revelation, and scripture. The cultural conflicts are really expressions of these basic problems.
I appreciate your efforts to inform parents about the situation at ASU. With that in mind, I think it is important to emphasize who the ASU leadership is and the nature of their agenda. Michael Crow is the chairman of the CIA's research investment department, In-Q-tel and has been for decades. In addition to their illegal and violent subversive activities overseas, the CIA has a well documented but not so well known history of domestic influence operations and for decades has controlled the media in this country, the same media that strategically encourages an atheistic, materialistic and divisive culture war in America. Part of this strategy is to eliminate religion, knowing that when people don't follow God, they will more easily submit to worldly human powers. So it's no surprise that ASU falls in line behind the culture war agenda and does everything it can to divide Americans and turn them away from their community and their Creator. This context is important. When we understand this context we see why they so consistently and urgently work to turn people away from religion and against their neighbors. People who truly believe in their Creator cannot be easily dominated by people addicted to money and power. The Pharaoh is terrified of God because he knows knowledge of God challenges his domination of the world. We are in the exact same situation today.
