I am so sorry that your life’s focus is on God, so much so that everything else makes no sense to you. You work with intelligent people, you should listen to them. You and everyone else knows that white people have always been on top. You work at a university, go get some education.
There are alot of people successful or "on top"That is insulting to non white people to say they aren't successful. Also why would you want to make anyone feel bad for just being born with certain features that they have 0% control over. Bad people did that years ago . 2 wrongs does not equal a right.
