One of the surprising not surprising things I’ve experienced since calling out bias against Christians at state universities is that those who want to attack me hide behind anonymous (usually brand new) accounts.
"Keyboard Warriors" as I like to call them are emboldened by anonymity for sure. Keep up the good posts, Dr. Anderson. And keep cross promoting your substack - I found you through a spot you did on the radio!
You've certainly set yourself up nicely. On the one hand, you won't answer substantive criticisms if they're anonymous. On the other hand, if someone does speak publicly, you report them to your friends in politics and the media. You spent last summer in a very public campaign with Arizona legislators trying to get your colleagues fired for exercising their free speech. Since then you constantly snitch-tag politicians and media influencers on twitter, including actors like Charlie Kirk whose purpose is to intimidate and harass college professors. You suggested that ASU should discipline your colleague for a social media post that you claim mocks (your understanding of) Christianity, and you think politicians should concern themselves with the (non-required) recommended reading list of a program at your institution. In short, you have no respect either for free speech or for academic freedom, and so you shouldn't be surprised when no one wants to talk to you. That's all from me.
This post is a present. Thank you. You’ve admitted that academics don’t have to keep their own standards about sensitivity and not insulting other religion (in the name of free speech and academic freedom). I’m looking forward to seeing you apply this. No wonder you want to stay anonymous.
What does Marx say is the basis for equality? How does a materialist have a basis for equality? If all is matter and atoms, and no humans have equal bodies of atom composition, then there is not equality in human nature. There is only survival of the fittest. The only basis for equality is from a Christian paradigm where there are spiritual things and image of divine in human nature. ASU professors that are materialist have no authority for speaking a out human equality.
