Winning . . . one step at a time

Good news! ASU says it no longer requires the quiz. The Goldwater Institute is in the process of confirming this. Requiring the quiz was an instance of compelled speech. ASU required that employees agree, through a quiz, to the content of the racist DEI training. Employers cannot compel speech.

The next step is ending the DEI training that teaches race blame in violation of state law. I’ll keep up updated.
