They can’t work with actual diversity of ideas

I received the first email from a colleague at ASU West (going on two years now as a public intellectual) treating me like a human and asking to have a conversation about the problems in DEI. According to this person, DEI is on the rocks at ASU and if it remains it will be greatly changed due to my lawsuit. But imagine that. Of all the faculty who claim to want to work with diverse groups and hear their perspective, not one has been able to reach out to me and practice what they preach. That alone tells you do not sign up for classes with such hypocrites.
