I am willing to debate this thesis with any or all ASU professors and administrators. We can do so in writing or in person.
Thesis #7: Having failed to teach its students how to be wise and how to attain knowledge, ASU then teaches them a harmful sex philosophy. This is the Freud, Kinsey, Money philosophy about gender identity.
This philosophy is instantiated in entire departments, such as Gender Studies, as well as in many individual humanities classes. One honors student reports that her teacher uses class time to talk about how she is raising her child without a gender until the child is old enough to choose one. This is presented as something praiseworthy rather than as something very harmful to childhood development. The simple solution: don’t talk about your personal opinions during class time, it's not why students are there.
This sex philosophy has very high visibility at ASU. ASU clearly endorses it and does not endorse alternative views. ASU confuses respecting individuals and giving them the right to form their own worldview with claiming that their worldview is true and promotes a good life.
Implications:
Students are taught that acting out on desire is good for them.
Students are not taught about harmful health consequences.
Students are not taught about the impact on their moral character.
Students are taught that “gender identity” is real and is the only way to understand sexuality and culture.
