In a new article from the Sun Times, we learn that "An ASU spokesman claimed the university does not require job applications to contain DEI questions when reached by The Sun Times." But let's look at the evidence. We have proof here of Barrett Honors College requires DEI statements for job applicants. And Ms. Atkinson confirms that Barrett would screen applicants to make sure they aligned with Barrett's values. Remember Barrett's values? These are the values that call conservatives, Christians, and Jews white nationalist bigots.
When ASU requires a DEI statement for job applicants, it is a way of enforcing thought control. Conservative candidates can be weeded out. Every hire will be a leftist activist who then will attempt to indoctrinate students. Barrett appears to be especially bad in this regard, as seen below. If you don't have "safe beliefs," you will not be hired. Conform or be jobless.
Parents, you are often told that your bright child deserves an honors education. But beware of what Barrett is actually teaching your students in the classroom. Professors can only get hired if they conform to radical politics. Donors, don't be fooled. You will be treated just like Mr. Lewis was if you want free speech and thought. Arizona legislators, you can require ASU to change this.
Will the ASU spokeman retract this false statement?

Simply go to the ASU employment page. Look at faculty positions. Most contain a requirement for a DIE statement including physics post doc, psychology clinical professor, Barrett’s visiting faculty fellow, professor of practice in sustainable food systems and more. From being on such search committees failure to include this document entails automatic elimination.
