The Arizona Constitution forbids sectarian instruction in state schools, including the state universities. It also forbids political tests for admission as a student or teacher. What will happen when ASU West’s New College approves bylaws that require its teachers to advance the “antiracist” and “decolonize the curriculum” political agenda in their classes and research? We know that a conservative political agenda would not be permitted to do this. But the radical left has so far had no obstacles put in their way. The remaining question is: parents do you want your children to attend a state school that requires a subscription to a radical leftwing political agenda?

Oh, but don't you see - refusing to take the loyalty oath is a "practice inconsistent with ... the rights of others" to be free from realizing that not everyone subscribes to leftist ideology.
